WhatsApp Messenger beta for iOS 22.3.75: what’s new?

WhatsApp has just submitted a new update through the TestFlight beta Program, bringing the version up to 22.3.75. The version marked within WhatsApp Settings is 2.22.3.75. This version has also been released on the App Store.
What’s new in this update? It brings news about a redesigned caption view, for a future update.

In a previous article, we talked about the possibility to edit the recipients before sending media, a new feature available in a future update of WhatsApp beta for Android.
This feature also includes a redesigned caption view that shows up the list of chosen recipients.
In the new WhatsApp Messenger beta for iOS update, WhatsApp is working on the same feature, including the redesigned caption view:

As you can see in this screenshot, it will be also possible to upload your media to status updates. Something similar is already possible when you take a photo from the Camera tab, but the new feature extends this functionality, bringing the same option when you select or take a photo from a chat.
This feature is under development, so it’s not available a release date for the availability of the feature to beta testers. We will post another changelog when WhatsApp is rolling out a new update where the feature is enabled.
